A Maison, Not a Marketplace

JEEYODEE is an independent maison releasing strictly numbered garments. Each piece is hand-finished and confirmed at the time of order. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not standard practice and are reserved for the narrow exceptions described below.

Thorns Edition — Final Sale

Thorns Edition garments are individually numbered, hand-finished relics released without a second cut. They are not eligible for return, exchange or refund under any circumstance once dispatched.

Base Editions — Damage Exception

For base editions (no spikes), an exception may be considered only if the garment arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or transit damage. Each piece is inspected by hand before dispatch, so this is highly unlikely.

To submit a claim, contact contact@jeeyodee.store within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the defect, the numbered label and the original packaging. Claims received after 48 hours, or without evidence, cannot be considered.

Size Exchange — Base Editions Only

A one-time size exchange may be granted on base editions provided the garment is returned in untouched, original condition: completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of any fragrance, hair, marks or signs of handling, with all tags, the numbered label and original packaging fully intact.

Any indication of wear voids the exchange and the garment will be returned to the client at their expense. Exchanges are subject to remaining stock in the requested size; where the size is exhausted, no refund is issued and the original garment is returned.

Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by the client, via a fully tracked and insured service. JEEYODEE is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to the atelier.

What Is Never Accepted

  • Any Thorns Edition garment.
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, altered or scented.
  • Garments showing marks, hair, residue or any sign of handling.
  • Garments returned without tags, numbered label or original packaging.
  • Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
  • Change-of-mind, fit preference outside size, or buyer's remorse.

Process

  1. Email contact@jeeyodee.store with your order number, the reason, and supporting photographs.
  2. The atelier reviews the request. If accepted, you receive a Return Authorisation and the atelier address. Without authorisation, parcels are refused.
  3. The garment is inspected on arrival. Once condition is confirmed, the size exchange is dispatched or — for an approved damage claim on a base edition — a replacement or refund is arranged at the maison's discretion.
